THE STORY

Ecom Pakistan is a B2B skincare and haircare manufacturer based in Pakistan, helping entrepreneurs and brand owners launch their own product lines. When we started working together the business had no website, no online presence, and no way for potential clients to find them through search.The challenge was straightforward but significant build a digital presence from zero in a niche where buyers research heavily before making contact, and make sure that presence actually generates real enquiries rather than just traffic.

APPROACH

We started with the foundation. Before any marketing could work, the website needed to be built properly — clean structure, fast loading, mobile optimised, and designed with one goal in mind: turning visitors into leads. A Google Form was integrated directly on key pages to capture enquiries from day one. Once the website was live we executed a full three-layer SEO strategy. On-page SEO covered every element from title tags and meta descriptions to heading structure, internal linking and schema markup. Technical SEO addressed site speed, Core Web Vitals, crawl errors and sitemap configuration. Off-page SEO built domain authority through strategic link building and business directory submissions. Keyword research focused specifically on high-intent B2B search queries — the exact phrases a brand owner types when they are ready to find a manufacturing partner, not just browsing. These included terms like "skincare manufacturer in Pakistan", "GMP certified skincare manufacturer in Pakistan" and "haircare manufacturer in Pakistan." In parallel we took a forward-thinking step most marketers are not yet executing — optimising content specifically to appear inside AI-powered search results. The result is that Ecom Pakistan now appears as a top one or two recommendation when users ask ChatGPT to suggest skincare manufacturers in Pakistan. Social media was built from scratch alongside the SEO work. A content strategy was developed targeting the B2B audience — brand founders, product launchers and e-commerce entrepreneurs. Through a combination of consistent organic content and targeted paid social campaigns, the Instagram account grew from zero to over 7,000 followers.
